Leonard has served as the Chief Mission Data Officer for a SAFe®️ implementation project, provided technical leadership and innovative thinking to create a more automated, compliant, and efficient data supply chain. Responsibilities included realizing the value of existing information; working with stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and integrate new data sources; and being an evangelist for the mission, technology, compliance, and information sharing.

He was the Digital Transformation Data Team Lead, led the development of a data strategy that incorporated digital technologies. Responsibilities included; creating strategic content; educating stakeholders on digital and data principles; and facilitating bi-weekly co-creation sessions with stakeholders across large, diverse organizations.

As the Senior Data Analyst, Leonard worked with an agile team of engineers, developers, and scientists performing entity resolution. Responsibilities included evaluating data models; identifying lessons learned; and recommending solutions to maximize efficiency. His critical thinking, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills played a significant part in improving the efficiency of the complex process while maintaining a 90% success rate.

While working as a Data Algorithm Engineer, Project Manager, his critical thinking, attention to detail, initiative, and interpersonal skills played a significant part in improving security, reducing the number of applicants who must wait for a security review by nearly 85 percent, and saving the client over $50 million dollars annually.

He is the Founder and President, of Zruptive LLC where he provides strategic and digital transformation solutions to clients in the health industry.
